  Youngs Water & Sewer is a license contractor with New Jersey Division of Consumer Affair. It is a contractor you can trust for replacement of water line when you have an emergency. They can schedule an appointment for the next business day. They respond fast and reliable. They are unique with the TRENCHES Technique to replace your water or sewer lines without ruining your ************ is a great experience with Youngs Water & Sewer to complete my project for replacing a brand new copper water line to my satisfaction. They also have a wonderful team in assisting my insurance claim professionally. I highly recommend Youngs Water & Sewer when you need the service and support.

  Zero stars from me. They really need to be investigated. The the owner *** is rude, unprofessional to say the least. She price gouges, charges for parts you don't need. They will collect your deductible then refuse to do the work. When I asked for an itemized invoice she got angry and kept increasing the price because I simply wanted to know and have a legal right as a customer to know what I'm being billed for. Every time I asked for a breakdown of the materials she increased the price all bc I asked for the itemized charges, then refused to do the work because I kept asking for the breakdown of materials and labor. She refused to do the work because I kept asking for an itemized invoice, yet she had no problem collecting my deductible and did zero work! many costumer complaints with similar complaints to mine. They do not show up for appointments not call to tell you they aren't coming. She lies to the insurance company, she tells them1 thing and the costumer another. She refuses to tell the costumer what brand product you are being charged for. She calls the costumers offensive names. This is really a shady business and they need to be investigated. There are many costumer complaints about this company. And the workers do not last long they are mis treated and under paid. I honestly do not know how any one can run a business like this. It's beyond unprofessional, she is ripping the costumers off with inflated prices, scamming the insurance companies, under paying the workers. Are they even getting paid over time? I doubt it! In fact I can prove it!I have recordings, videos and evidence!How did she even get the business? It was her ex husband's business.She lies and I have recordings of her contradicting her self. What i speak is the truth. I do not like dis honest people. And she needs to be exposed so other people do not get ripped off or get mistreated or mis spoken to. The costumer has a right to know what they are being charged for.

  ****,First, we would like to clarify that you have never spoken with the owner, and several of the statements you have made are inaccurate.We are genuinely sorry that you feel dissatisfied. As we explained to you previously, your warranty only provided coverage for a limited number of issuesissues we had absolutely no problem addressing. Unfortunately, your warranty company required separate claims to be opened, which was also explained to you in detail. You became frustrated because the process did not unfold exactly the way you preferred, but as you know, warranty coverage is bound by the terms of your contract, not by our discretion.Additionally, you made an odd and inappropriate remark regarding someone "taking business from my husband. which is entirely innacturate. Firstly the owners are husband and wife and run the business together, making a false accesiaion which is defemation of character, i do not even know where you made this story up from. Unfortuntly the wife is never in the office so whoever you spoke to was not her. Comments like that are unnecessary, inaccurate, and frankly quite out of place in a business review. You also presented a long list of additional concerns that were simply not covered by your warranty. We completed no work for you beyond evaluating the issues you reported. Why this situation resulted in a false and misleading review remains unclear, especially considering that you did not to proceed with the repairs that were covered, you would have likely been fully satisfied with the outcome.We respectfully request that the BBB remove this review, as it is fraudulent, includes sensitive and personal information that is irrelevent to the claim and misrepresents both the interaction and the services provided. Please be very aware we never performed any work for this customer. We are unsure if this is the genuine customer or someone or an ex employee maliciously using your name to attack our company, we will have an ******* reach out to you to review the codes regarding defemation of character. Thank you.

  Our family was very grateful to the technicians plumbers and office staff who helped navigate us through what couldve been a much worse situation. Professional caring and on top of all our needs and work that needed to be done. Of course we know sometimes things happen when opening up walls floors and ground but they handle everything professionally and with thoughtfulness of the home and the people they are working for. Thankyou all so much!!!

  I worked for this company for one day. The owner is an abusive, unprofessional who hires young troubled girls from the street so she can get paid from the state. She screams at customers and employees. There is no bathroom facility. You are not permitted to eat lunch. She pays you 5 dollars an hour and demands a 12 hour work day. She screams so loud at employees, people leave in tears. The only people that remain there are the troubled teens she takes off the street. The young girls that work there sleep with the technicians. The owner does not pay her bills and no vendors want to work with her. She robs all of the customers of insurance money so that she can build a huge house in point pleasant. This is not a business? Its a sweat shop that should be investigated by police and shut down. I strongly suggest not to use them. The owner is a con artist.
