- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified, a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 the total balance is due upon acceptance of the quote to secure your place on our schedule board. Deposits may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Regardless of the preferred payment method, we will require a credit card to be placed on file to secure your spot on our schedule. For all projects under $12,000, the remaining balance of the contract is due the day of project completion. For projects $12,000 or greater, a secondary payment of half the remaining balance is due the day the project begins, with the final payment due upon completion. We will waive fees on all deposit transactions, however there is a processing fee applied to all other payments made by card, including secondary and final balance payments. As such, we suggest paying the secondary and/or final balance by check to avoid these fees. If alternate payment arrangements are not made in advance, we reserve the right to charge the credit card we have on file for the balance due and any associated fees.
