      I got solar panels installed and never got final contract send over, I am being charged monthly by the leasing company and was promised a credit of $14,000.00 which I never received. I have tried calling my sales representee and no answer I go to the business website its down. I call the business number number not in service anymore. I don't any information on to who to contact to get information.

      10-15-2022 I had Santuity Solar install my solar system. I currently have a connection problem and Santuity is no longer in business. I need the contact information who would've took over the service for Santuity.

      Suntuity solar made promises to me contractually to go solar. The sales repied about everything including a $5500 promotion money to go solar. It crushes me monthly because I was told *********** would only charge me a $30 connection fee. I still get $600 dollar monthly electric bills along with my $260 sunnova bill monthly. Everything they said and wrote contractually was a lie. Now they hide in bankruptcy criminal charges need to be filed..

      I signed a contract with sunuity for solar panel installation. The salesperson promised me that the solar panels would eliminate my Pepco bill and leave me with a loan payment for the solar panels that was lower than my current electricity bill. First of all when they installed the system they left a mangled cabling mess hanging out of the house which no one wants to fix. After the installation suntuity punted by account to sunova.Suntory has cut and run and will not accept responsibility for anything. More importantly the system does not work as promised. My Pepco bill is the same as it always was. Answer Nova is billing me monthly on a loan for the solar panel equipment. They refused to correct the system so it's producing enough electricity to eliminate my Pepco bill. They keep telling me that I have to get Pepco to fix the cabling that they put in wrong. And they tell me I have to call Pepco to get their metering corrected so that it shows accurately the amount of power the cables are producing. I hold some tuity and sonova accountable for a system that does not work as promised. I refuse to pay them a dime until they fix their problems they created. I just sent me an email threatening to disconnect my system and charge me for doing it. I don't care if they disconnect the system cuz it doesn't work. But I'm not going to pay them to do it. Of course it will be better if they got the system working and fix the mangled cabling hanging out of the back of my house and then I would pay my bill. but not before they take care of their responsibilities.       We purchased Solar from a company called Empire in July of 2020. They went out of business in January of 2021. The were acquired by Suntuity who as of March 2024 is now out of business as well. My panels have been shut off as of March 8th and no power is being generated. We are having to spend hundreds more in electricity to NV Energy since they are not getting the kick back from our panels. Now I am looking for a new company who will take on the connectivity of the panels. I am sure I will have to come out of pocket to find someone else to set an agreement up with.

      On January 30th I signed an agreement with Suntuity to install a 14kw residential solar system, which was installed on March 30, 2023. The system started operating in May/June, and worked for a couple months. When it stopped working, I tried contacting the business to no avail. I just found out they also never closed out my permit with the city, and never provided the structural affidavit documentation to them which is now in violation. My home is listed for sale, and I am unable to speak to anyone about the non-working system or the open permit. This is an absolute nightmare! How can a company just close its doors leaving thousands of customers in this kind of situation? I'd like to know what recourse I have since they are bankrupt and they have left me in a huge mess.

      I hired this company to install solar panels on my house while they told me they had a promotion of no payments the first year. Well turns out that ment after they turned on my service they would send me a check for one years worth of service. They installed my panels February of 2023 the "PARENT" company sunnova held the loan and started charging me in April for the payments, even though service was not turned on they said that's not their problem they just collect on the loan. Fast forward to October they finally turn my panels on and I ask them towards the end about my promotional check they said there is a back log it will take 2-3 months to get it. In January I try to contact them my service rep will not answer me they will not return my messages and when I call the number I was given from sunnova it tells me my account is not active and hangs up. So I go to the website and see that Sunnova has cut ties with them and all contact with anyone who has contracts through them.

      I was promised a sign on bonus check made out to me for $2500.00, to pay for the first 18 months of solar. I signed a contract and was told I would receive my sign on bonus once solar was up and running. My solar set up has been up and running since September or august, and I have not received a sign on bonus, money is being debited out of my account, and no one answers at Suntuity.

      I had them install solar panels on my roof, I was suppose to get a ******* rebate, but ***************** CEO sold the business to ******* who says they are not responsible for this.

      I was initially contacted by a Suntuity representative in January of 2023. Suntuity's promotion at the time was to pay the 1st year of the solar panel costs. After the hearing the presentation I agreed to go solar. My panels went live in April 2023. I was contacted by Sunnova months later saying I had a past due balance. I told them that Suntuity had agreed to pay my panel costs for the 1st year. ******* said it was my responsibility to acquire the funds from Suntuity. I contacted Suntuity. They verified that I was to receive the promotion and then proceeded to email me a tax form to complete. I was told that Suntuity had a backlog so it would take approximately 6 weeks for me to receive my check. I have yet to receive ANYTHING from Suntuity. I can't even get someone on the phone. All numbers I call are busy. The one that isn't says I do not have a valid account and automatically hangs up.
