      This company has cheated me out of multiple months of payments I signed up and canceled within 24 hours I was supposed to be refunded and never got refunded and then for 3 months after I was charged I called and spoke with multiple agents and no one could help me they said that I was canceled and I should have never been charged although I have proof of the payment coming out of my bank account they are complete con artist

      I was dealing with a fairly large issue regarding my insurance billing. I had calls with multiple people without receiving any help or advice until I was put in contact with ***** and *****. I first spoke with ***** who finally was able to provide some explanation for what had been taking place and offered the first solution. She then put me in contact with *****, who also listened to my problems closely and offered as many ways as he could to help me and my problem. After talking more him and what could be done to help me. He was able to offer a final solution solving my problems. The two of them together were so genuine, and went out of their way to help me while others seemingly couldnt care less about listening and trying to find a way to help.

      They preyed on my husband's anxiety and lied about things like saying this is the only option for us and we will be stranded without insurance if he didn't immediately give them our card number, basically. I'm currently on hold trying to get a refund for the 5th time or so, they already said to check our email for a refund receipt and said the refund was on the way last week. No refund has been given, no email was received. Their customer service **** talk over you in completely inappropriate ways calling the caller "honey" and patronizing by saying we just don't understand what we are doing. When my husband called today to demand a refund again they refused trying to force him to give them our actual insurance policy number from marketplace w a different company! They're up to no good, complete scammers. We filed fraud with our bank and won't rest until our money is returned and this company is held accountable for these scams.

      Have cancer. Called a health insurance Company and asked about the marketplace. Was transferred to FirstEnroll.Guy told me i would get health insurance for whole fam with dental, vision, hearing. 410 a month. Called the actual insurance company because i had a question. **** to find out i shouldn't be paying ANYTHING! And when the payment came out of my acct, it didnt go to the insurance company IT went to FIRST ENROLL. went and told my bank and changed my accts. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior, taking advantage of people when theyre desperate for health insurance

      This company is the absolute worse when it comes to information and customer service. I was originally told I had 30 days to call and cancel my policy and when I did originally the systems so happen to be down, then when I did cancel the *** stated a whole new policy that I was never told in the beginning. She was the same *** that cancelled the policy and didnt tell me I would still be charged the monthly fee. No one there knows the policy or they pick and choose what they want to tell until its time to get your money returned to you. When you ask questions they transfer you to so many different departments because no one knows any answers!Do not contact this company for any coverage or assistance or you will be taken for a ride!!!!!

      This company and their employees should be in jail for white collar crime. Such a scam! They took 4k from me and thank god I actually got me insurance. I cant believe I got scammed by these ************ Look at all their answers. All the same.

      My husband fell scam to this company thinking he was helping by finding insurance. I got an email and realized immediately it was a scam. Requested a refund and cancellation and they refused to do it. Won't allow us to remove our card, won't connect us to someone to speak with, At this point we are filing a police report and contacting a lawyer to get our money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Bunch of scam artist losers.
