    Their customer service is complete garbage. I placed an order back in December, and they didn't even send the right item. I emailed them about it, and all I got was radio silence. Despite the items they announce, do not order from their website. Avoid them like the plague.

    Everything everyone else said regarding lack of customer service, missing shipments, refunds, etc., pertains to me. This place needs to be investigated and/or shut down. I regret EVER dealing with such an outfit. And I will be contacting the ***********************************.

    Worst customer service I have ever had online. Purchased a pre-order item back in early September - the item came in stock early October , the website said "stock arrived and shipping soon to customers" that was 4 months ago - I have email around 20 time sand always get the same response of " be patient, we are shipping soon" well I've had that response for the past four months - they also like to sprinkle in the odd " we have escalated your order to the warehouse" which is Bullsh#t as they have said that in emails around 5 different times over the past few months and STILL no shipping date. Beyond pathetic how they are incapable of updating customers. Also they did a big post saying how they are a transparent business - what a load of croc! I would NEVER recommend anyone purchase anything from this hack of a company! they have an "F" rating here for a reason - they need to be officially investigated

    I've place multiple orders almost a month ago and haven't received any products, my email has not been answered. We can't even request a refund just horrible experience and I will never order directly from you guys! Ever!

    I think I made a mistake ordering from NECA. I got one automated email response and nothing since. It's bee weeks, i have searched for a phone number, they don't seem to have one. I have emailed customer service a few times just to make sure I will actually get my order some day, not one response. I am now going to do a credit card claim to get my ****** back as they appear to be a scam or just a horrible business, which is too bad because they advertise some pretty cool stuff. Pward

    am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by ********************** toys. I accidentally had two of the same items in my cart and despite reaching out immediately via email 2 days ago and still no response when I finally got through digging deep to find their phone number all they offered was a simple apology. They refused to issue a refund, return, or exchange for the duplicate item that I mistakenly purchased. While I do appreciate the quality of their toys, their lack of willingness to assist customers in situations like mine is simply unacceptable. I was planning on purchasing more items from them in the future, but now I am seriously reconsidering. I urge others to be cautious when making purchases from NECA toys, as their customer service leaves much to be desired.

    The customer service here is truly disappointing. Its like they take your money and then forget you exist. Waiting months for something that was promised weeks ago is bad enough, but then they hit you with responses like were working on it or just be patient. Meanwhile, theyre advertising the same items all over social media like theyre readily available. It feels like a slap in the face. I wanted to be a repeat customer, but after this experience, Ill be taking my money elsewhere.

    There is no customer service , just automated email responses saying items will ship soon. Items bought were supposedly in stock at the time. A real scam ! They refuse to refund any payments. You need to go through your bank or credit card company to force a refund from NECA. .I will never purchase (or try to purchase) any items from this company again. Be warned, and stay away.

    Unfortunately, as NECA has grown, they havent been able to keep up with orders or customer service. After pre-ordering several figures in June 2024, I knew there was likely going to be a long wait to receive it (from prior experiences).I was pleasantly surprised when I revieved an update in late July 2024 that my order had shipped. Unfortunately, I didnt receive anything until October. When it was received, it included 2 of the 6 figures purchased. The figures I received were addressed from NECA Returns and had clearly been opened.The tracking details in the initial email say they are no longer valid. I messaged NECA through their website, and responded my order was supposed to ship last month but it was delayed. No other details were provided, and they are no longer responding to my emails or messages. I am disputing the initial charge through ******, hoping that will force some sort of response or refund.
