I am very sorry that I used this company because it was not a good experience. The workers never worked a full day. The maximum number of hours per day was four. I received excuses from the beginning about why my project could not be started the day promised. There were excuses as to why work could not be done for the next 2 months. On the workers last day,the workers left debris in my overflow sink which overflowed ,water seeped under my vinyl flooring. In order to minimize any possible damage to the floor, we purchased a dehumidifier which was promised by the owner and never received. The owner, ***************************** finally came by to address the issue many days after the occurrence. He promised me that he would test for mold. I don't know if the testing was done. I didn't see him lift the floor and place down the strips. I took his word for it. Two weeks later he has not sent me the test results. Therefore, I will have to pay someone else to do the testing. I was also promised that all the garbage from the project would be removed from my home. Again, ******* made many excuses as to why he could not remove all the garbage. ******* also said that he fixed a box that covered my grinder in the basement that could no longer be lifted as necessary to change the battery. I will have to pay someone to do that also. At this point. I was so tired of dealing with him. I just told him to forget about getting the garbage and having the covering fixed for the grinder and I would take care of it myself. My mistake was making my final payment before all the work was done. Dealing with this company has been very stressful and I will never be given back the time that I wasted and the extra money I had to spend because I was promised things that were not delivered.I should add that I should have known that this company was a bad choice when the owner broke my broom and didn't they acknowledge it until I asked. He said that he would replace it. (This showed his character).
