              Order Number: PO40388930559 Date: 5/31/2021 Paid: $3,433 Received items:2 Pillows, 2 end tables, 2 ottomans, 1 chair, 1 coffee table.Not Received Items:6 piece Sectional which includes 1 stand alone chair. 1 corner piece, 2 end pieces, 2 middle pieces. Company keeps moving out the delivery and has now stopped communicating all together. I was upset when they backed out delivery to January, but decided to be patient, then it went to April and now they won't even speculate. I talked to one rep last year who was not able to offer any compromise. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. Many of the pieces they had instock but they wouldn't ship the sectional partially. I asked if they could return the order and resell me the pieces individually at the original purchase price and they wouldn't do that either.I'm afraid that I'll never get the balance of the order. The furniture they have sent has no value to me because its really just 1 chair 3 tables and 2 ottomans.

              Im writing because I feel sad to see these other reviews. Ive been purchasing from LexMod for six years and I only had great experiences. This time I wanted to know the height of the Jive velvet chair and I emailed them several times and ended up getting responses from multiple people I was impressed with the customer service that came through. When Ive ordered furniture from them (Ive ordered the lip a large table, Lipa side tables, and multiple different office chairs), my things have arrived in the time frame expected and in great condition. So I just wanted to say that not everyone is having bad luck with them. Im so grateful to them for having the best prices around for great looking, quality furniture.
