Date of surgery 6/5/2023 Paid $43,000.00 I am ****************************************************************************** to have all my teeth extracted to prevent endocarditis. This was a medically necessary procedure. The business, Jonathan Dental Spa in ********* **, committed to provide me upper teeth designed as ideal as possible within the limitations of the position of my existing lower teeth. Dr. ******************** did not ever write or state that there was any potential of loosing my existing lower denture or that I would be left without bottom teeth for any period of time. I went into this surgery to get permanent upper teeth and would keep my existing lower teeth. After the surgery Dr. ******************** tells me that he cannot fit the upper with the lower and that he would make me a new lower denture to fit my existing lower implants. He did not mention that he would replace it with a temporary piece of plastic that has been continuously breaking each month since. All I want is a replacement permanent denture like the one I had before this surgery. I have been without a temporary bottom denture for almost 2 weeks now. In order to get a permanent replacement it will cost 5,000.00$. This is no fault of my own that Dr.******************** could not properly fit the upper to my existing lower and I cannot afford to purchase one again when I already had one to begin with. My existing bottom implant posts are now rubbing against the back of my lip causing painful wounds inside my mouth. My gums are extremely sensitive and I cannot eat any solid foods without teeth or anything to protect the lower implants. I am requesting to have the job finished and completed properly not temporarily!
