    On 3/12/24, I purchased a custom Paper Anniversary Gift, First Year anniversary, song lyrics vows photo from Modern Memory Design. I received an email that confirmed my order (order #*****) and the estimated delivery to be 3/20-3/21. I was expecting this to arrive before my 1st year anniversary, which was 3/25. I NEVER received my order and I've tried to contact that them at their number, through their email, and their chat. All emails were ignored except after Mike answered one (AND ONLY ONE) of my many calls. He said he would email me to get the info needed to start my request, which he did on 4/1. After that, I have not received any update on the status and none of my calls have been answered. I would like to have my refund of $88 since I did NOT have a gift for my wife to present to her like I planned!

    I purchased a frame back in FEBRUARY that arrived damaged. I immediately reached out to them via chat countless times and got no response. Texted the number they claim to text, no response. Reached out via email. This company took 10 days to respond to my damaged item claim (only reason they even did was after I had left a negative ****** review) and just continues to assert that they sent a replacement, which, like so many other reviewers have experienced, they didn't. Aside from that, by that point I had already purchased another frame from a different company and requested to return the item for a refund. I filed a chargeback through my credit card company, to which Modern Memory ended up winning because they had a shipping label showing the item had been sent. IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED AND I NEVER ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT. The company is not responding to continued attempts at getting my money back. I'm now stuck with a broken frame that I paid nearly $130 for, which judging by the company's handling of the matter, they are apparantly OK with. To owner, ******************, needs to do the right thing and refund me. You can't treat people who trusted you in giving you their money like this. I have probably sent 25 messages on this to them via email, chat, or text since February and they continue to ignore it. I JUST WANT MY $130 BACK!! I'M OWED THIS.
