            I've been dealing with this company for almost 20 years and haven't had a problem until a couple of years ago. I scheduled to to have my **** gal septic tank pumped out. When they finished pumping out the tank, they gave me a **** for pumping out **** gal. Being a master hvac contractor, i told the driver it was impossible to have **** gals in a **** gal tank while under 0 pressure.They did the same thing last year, but i let it slide. I don't know what happened to this company, but i will not use them again and i recommend you don't either.

            ************ I have reviewed your complaint and found that last year unlike previous years we did pump **** gallons and noted on the paper work that the tank was overfilled, water coming back in from the field bed and heavy solids. All of our trucks have a site hose on the front of the tank which is calibrated to the inch from the manufacturer of the tank. The same driver you had last year is the same driver this year and noted **** gallons pumped. We did received a phone call from you yesterday but you hung up before we could talk. We also tried calling you back twice. We can at no charge inspect your system for any malfunction and at the present time have contacted the health dep for any blue prints on your system to ensure we have not made any mistakes.
