    Giving a 1 because a 0 isn't an option. They canceled on me the first time, didn't do a thorough diagnostic, put new parts in wrong, didn't order parts in a timely manner. They lied to me and were verbally abusive.

    Unfortunately, the customer is blately being dishonest. Our phone calls are all recorded for proof that the customer verbally abused me, our staff and her ********************* using many cuss words F... Bombs and others. The customer review is the total opposite of being honest and this is not kind nor nice of her to want to badger our company due to her anger with her ********************* policies and the time delivery of her parts . TKMS has properly installed the parts and as the customer advised her Slct Home Warranty representative. TKMS should not be held accountable for the Authorization, part ordering and delivery time of receiving the parts as we were awaiting the arrival of the parts as well like the customer. ********************** has answered every call and have even joined the customer in with her manufacturer (*******) for further assistance, who advised her dryer is out of warranty and verified all parts they advised to replace were properly installed and that was how the dryer started the heat mode again which is what she stated exactly during the calls, but she was having another issue with her towels not fully drying in which we continued to try to help her but she kept rudely and buligerantly cussing at us during several calls. So therefore, unfortunately we were intimidated by the customers threats and had concerns of returning to her home as the technician said he was in fear of her verbal threats and her hostile reactions.Yes, TKMS did have to reschedule our first appointment because the assigned technician was behind schedule due to a prior appointmnent and we apologize 5+ times to the customer, unfortuantely the prior appointment was a true emergency with a water break that required so much more time.Again, we ask the customer for her honesty because I personally have been so kind to you during every call and tried to assist you. I ask for you honestly to remove this wrongful review.Thank you.
