    I am rejecting this response because AGAIN, this law firm is representing ************, their client who is trying to collect payment for a graduation certificate from ************ that was NEVER RECEIVED and as a result my son has never worked in this field. He has no proof that he ever graduated from ************. This is wrong. I have called every ************ location in ** for any information on getting this certification of Completion but each location has told me that they could not find any information on this. I spoke with this Law firm today and was told that they are not  responsible for the Certification of Completion even though they are representing ************. I would gladly pay you if you can provide me with my son's graduation certificate from ************ so that he can actually get a job in this field. He graduated in 2015

    We have been in communication with the consumer.  We have made it clear that our client has not held back on issuing a diploma, if the consumer's son has earned their diploma, they should contact our client and obtain same.  However, the consumer's claim that our law firm has participated in some kind of scam is simply unfounded.  The consumer does not dispute that the debt was owed and that a valid judgment was entered against them, with all proper notice provided.  We believe that this matter is on path to being fully resolved and are trying to work with the consumer to achieve same.

    I owe student loan debt to this company. They make payments almost impossible, resulting in a default loan. Upon making a payment, youll receive a confirmation number only to be told a few days later that the payment was not made. It doesnt matter if you pay online, over the phone, or direct payments from an account. They are running a scam thats not fair.

    We have reviewed this consumer's file and have tried reaching out to this individual to clarify their issues.  Apparently, they have been inputting the wrong information into our payment system and/or have been trying to make payments from a bank account for which there are insufficient funds.  If the consumer has proof that monies were actually taken from their account and they were not properly credited for same, we urge them to contact us with such proof.  We are a law firm with a legitimate payments system and are not a scam or whatever the consumer is claiming.  If the consumer needs assistance with making payment, they have our information and we can insure that their good payments will be processed and they are credited accordingly.
