My trip was cut short just days into my vacation due to my mother in law's death. I have filed a claim with eclaims, repeatedly been requested to upload an exceeding amount of documents, even asked to send the same information from previous requests in different combinations, jumped through hoops for half a year now, and they still will not process my claim. It is like pulling teeth to get this claim processed, because there will ALWAYS be some random made-up document they "need", or some random arbitrary reason why they will not process the claim. I am at the end of my rope, I've filed in november of 2022, it is now the end of april 2023 and I have uploaded in total of 19 documents. I'm done playing games, just process my claim and be done with it

Filed a compensation claim with them as they supposedly offer insurance protection for such incidents via my Chase credit card. They took an inordinate amount of time, requested multiple duplicate documents and eventually closed my claim citing that I didnt suffer any losses. Im fairly sure they didnt even look at the documents theyd request repeatedly. No one to communicate with over the phone. Waste of time. Its Chase doing the bare minimum with a scam company so they can tout card benefits that arent really there. Guess Ill be shopping around for a new card

Hi I filed a collusion damage waiver claim in October of 2022 with Eclaims. I have submitted all required documents and also have been in active contact with Eclaims to follow up on the status. However, they have not made the payment nor contacted my rental car agency to update them on the claim status. Now I am in the position of being contacted by rental agency directly on the status of the claim. Action needed: Eclaims to make payment to ***** (Rental car agency) and let me know the resolution ASAP. Claim number:: **********

I would like to issue a formal complaint regarding ******* selected vendor for insurance claims, eclaimsline/E-Claims USA. In early July 2022 my fiance and I traveled via TAP Air Portugal and lost our bag, which has never been returned. It contained $3,713 worth of belongings. We were relieved to hear that the credit card we used to book the flight, my Chase Sapphire Preferred card, offers travel insurance for these types of incidents. I immediately filed a claim (claim #**********-001) with eclaimsline/E-Claims USA and complied with all of eclaimline's requests for information. They have continued to give us the runaround and ask for the same information multiple times in multiple different ways, despite numerous phone calls and trying to escalate with them. We have provided proof of our lost luggage, final response from the airline, list of lost items, receipts, and proof of our domestic partnership. Every time we call eclaimsline they state some new reason why they cannot resolve our claim, most of which is requesting documentation we have already submitted multiple times now. They have also stated that they may not accept our credit card transactions as proof of a receipt. We charged the lost items to our Chase cards, the same cards that are offering this insurance policy, and clearly show the dollar amount, the merchant, and the date which align with what we have submitted. We do not hold onto every single paper receipt for every single item we have purchased over the years. There is no valid reason why our credit card transactions cannot serve as proof of purchase. I have held the Chase Sapphire Preferred card for years and my fiance has held the ********************** card for years. If eclaimsline does not adhere to ******* stated insurance perks, ***** is falsely advertising said perks. We would appreciate BBB's assistance in getting this manner resolved with eclaimsline.

I have travel protection insurance through my Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card. My claim that I submitted on October 7th for my damaged luggage is still pending over a month later (worth $1570.29), and I was supposed to be contacted by a customer service person via phone but never was. The eclaimsline.com insurance underwriter that they use is still requesting documents that I've submitted multiple times (their website is broken and won't even let you upload documents, so they had to be emailed), not calling me back at the promised time after they agreed to on multiple occasions, keeping me on hold over one hour each time I call (over 6 hours total on the phone), and refusing to address the claim that I was supposed to be contacted about within 5 days. They appear to be trying their best to avoid addressing the claim and increasing the pending time to the point that the claim is invalid. Please see this website for a list of similar reviews on this company which is obviously a scam: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/eclaimsline.com

I filed an travel insurance claim for a broken stroller. Like many complaints from similar customers all over the web (I attempted a ****** search before I thought about submitting to BBB), this company request documents it knows are impossible to obtain or request for the same documents over and over again. It's been more than 2 months and I'm in an endless loop of resubmitting documents. It is also very difficult to talk to anyone.
