    Technician came to my home to check why my air conditioning unit wasn't working. He gave us a list of things that were not working and needed to be replaced for the A/C unit to work. The Business sent me an email saying their estimate was $2,000.00 +. They claimed that they needed to order parts and they would reach out to us to tell us when they would return with necessary parts to repair the A/C unit. They never got back to us. We then called the company who installed the unit 5 years ago. They fixed our A/C unit without having to replace any parts!!We only had to pay service fee of $250.00.I am warning everyone to not ever use this Plumbing and Heating Company. They did their best to take advantage of us and to rob us out of $2,000.00.
