DISSAPOINTED !! I have my legal right to cancel the service and gap contract but yet I have not been able to have anyone help me with the cancellation. I have 10 days going to them and calling even texted my salesperson and have been ignored. I went today since I left my number and copies of contract with one of the rude ladies and she said they will call me with an appointment and nothing. I went today and the finance director left on vacation AGAIN no help. They hustle for their money well so am I . That is an extra $3,000 on nonsense I don't need. I will not give up because this is ridiculous .Review from Alaaeldin

This is my third car purchase from Toyota of Hackensack and two trade in, my review to warns who intend to deal with them to pay full attention to their calculations for the car price because they ripped me off for about $1,650, they keep it me for three hours negotiate the price and the sales man showing me more than one calculation, till I fade-up, and I was almost blow it up and I wish I did it, then I was trying to get out to go to my work because I was to late and I signed all the documents in just five minutes without paying attention for the detailed, when I find out what happened, I get back and told them that I am overpaid with $1,650 while I was negotiate to exchange the car with another one and I didnt reach an agreement suit me, the sales man told me what you have paid is done we cant do anything for it, and you cant replace that car unless its a trade in which means I have to lose 5 k for keeping the car with me for two days only with a 100 mile only, Toyota of Hackensack having a very poor supervision from managers and they all together united against customers to get out of their pocket as much as they can.Review from Flavio P

Stay away from this place Bought a truck there and I m still waiting 60 days to get my plates and I still dont have it Not a good dealership to buy anything stay away stay away Also when you call for any problems no one can resolve you problem they keep play phone tag
