    This is the worst most crooked dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had 27 vehicles and motorcycles which includes 7 Toyota 4-runners starting in 1987. I spent a lot of time looking for this specific blue /year/model on line. I found it at Toyota of Hackensack. Being from ** but living in ****. I figured if something went wrong I had family not far away. I had a full set of pictures sentup to me, particularly the under carriage. It clearly showed the full sized spare tire and rim. When I got it trucked up here it was gone. They took a while answering what happened and finally admitted it was taken off mistakenly. Oops! They then agreed to send me a new tire/rim, wasted weeks telling me it had been sent, lying as usual. Then refused to honor their agreement. Had to get my attorney to file a complaint and go after them. Their attorney then told mine that he would basically knee cap him if we kept going. I ended up buying a new rim/tire myself for $1300. In addition I asked if it had been in an accident and was told no. Another lie. It has been and when I go over a bump, there is rattling we cannot get rid of and I live where there are a lot of cobblestone roads. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR UY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

    DISSAPOINTED !! I have my legal right to cancel the service and gap contract but yet I have not been able to have anyone help me with the cancellation. I have 10 days going to them and calling even texted my salesperson and have been ignored. I went today since I left my number and copies of contract with one of the rude ladies and she said they will call me with an appointment and nothing. I went today and the finance director left on vacation AGAIN no help. They hustle for their money well so am I . That is an extra $3,000 on nonsense I don't need. I will not give up because this is ridiculous .
