CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customer payment/deposit/fee is only a portion of the totalestimated service charges. Due to scheduling and routing reasons the customerpayment/deposit/fee is non- refundable, unless you notify north van lines, inc.In writing no later than 7 - business days before the originally reserved movedate by emailing [email protected] of the intent to cancel the order forservice, 50% refund of the deposit amount will be refunded. Changes to accountcan not be done over the phone and must be received in writing. If the firstscheduled pickup date is within seven business days of booking, then thecustomer payment/deposit/fee is non-refundable. You understand that if youcancel the move in less than 7 - business days from the originally reservedpick-up date, because moving coordinator services have been rendered at thatpoint in time, you are only entitled to receive a credit of your deposit forfuture interstate moving services to be used by the cardholder within atwelve-month period from the date of cancellation with north van lines, inc.This is due to the dispatch process commencing after the first seventy-two hourperiod from the date of reservation has elapsed. Also, within 7 business days theyare unable to reschedule your time slot hence losing the ability to work on saidday. If pickup is refused for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. If the moveis canceled after movers started working, the customer is responsible for thehours movers have worked at the rate of $165.00 Per hour plus all materialsused that can not be returned.
