    In short: They operate as "Ready Movers, LLC" in Wyoming. They took a $400 deposit, then changed the date for our move. That didn't work for us, so they said they would refund us. They have now disappeared.

    In full: I am in the process of tending to the affairs of my recently departed grandmother, which involves moving things out of her home. Ready Movers, LLC. created a booking for my family for their moving services on 02/17/2023 for 02/19/2023. After taking a deposit of $397.00, they told us they would need to alter the date of service to 02/20/2023. This was not in the original agreement and would not work for us. We hired another company and were ensured by Ready Movers, LLC that we would receive a refund for the deposit made on the service they were not able to provide. Assurances were last made by one "Kamasha B****," a "moving coordinator" for the business, via email on 02/21/2023. Their phone numbers now lead to nothing and relevant emails no longer exist. Their company profile no longer appears on Google searches. After some digging, it's come to my attention that this company has a history of fraudulent behavior. [Here are the numbers I've used to reach them: ###-###-####, ###-###-####, and ###-###-####. I've recently discovered a website for them: **************** -- When I call the number on the website, the robotic voice is the same, but refers to the company by a different name -- "Relocation Express."] Suffice it to say, we have not received a refund.
