Please allow this to serve as a formal complaint against Noble Movers, Dependable Movers and *************** Company. On Oct. 5, 2021 I looked for reputable moving companies. A representative from *************** Company contacted me. His name was *****. He gave a quote of $6500.00. I gave him a deposit of $2058.30. We reviewed the inventory and the price went up to $7700.00. I sent him a video to log my large furniture. On the 11th, he contacted me and stated he was no longer working for New Leaf via private phone and told me they were a fraudulent company. When I tried to cancel, New Leaf stated they would be keeping my deposit. I was forced to use them because this. I contacted the company via email and told them about the issues I was having. They reassured me they would treat me right. My scheduled move was the 23rd and they then told me the would be there the 24th. I was already scheduled to leave for my job so my relator went to the house for them to load up. They called to check final inventory and the price of my move went to ******* roughly because ***** didnt add large items in my initial quote. They showed up in the 26 ft U haul with two men which took them 1 -7 pm to load. Instead of just taking the load directly to my location in *******, they unloaded it to a storage unit causing damage to my furniture. When they arrive in *******, they had only a partial load on November 27. Manny took my payment with $1000.00 cash app, and I paid $1500.00 and $1165.00 via my Pay Anyone through my bank. When the shipment made it to *******, I paid ******* in two money orders. I made countless calls to customer service due to poor service. They had a random person they hire off Craiglist who looked a though they were on drugs which made me uncomfortable with allowing them in and out of my home. Nothing was done. In fact, moving forward, customer service stopped communicating with me all together. Manny told me on Dec. 3 another shipment was to made but not everything fit in the Penske truck. To get all of my items out of their possession, I offered for my son to pick up the remaining items at their storage unit as he was bringing down the items than didnt fit in the uhaul for my house. We had to upgrade the Uhaul with Manny only wanting to pay us $300.00 for the difference in the upgrade. He didnt feel he should have to pay for fuel, labor loading it or the time we took getting the rest of our items. When the movers got to the location on Dec 5, I gave them (2) $450.00 money orders and kept the remaining $932.00 until I knew all of my items were accounted for and for payments for the cost we had to pay to get the rest of out items from the storage locker in ********, ** to ******, ********** phone the police ***** who stated they could stand by with a civil assist but could not give legal advice. Manny instructed his driver to not off load until they were paid. I gave the two money orders and indicated I wanted to know all of my items are accounted for with my inventory. Nothing was signed at that time indicated my shipment was completed and in full. Manny was aggressive, abusive with his language with his employees and stated his employee would be paying the difference out of his check. I gave the movers and additional $250.00 and sent it directly to their account for hotel and car rental because Manny stated he was not paying them. This company is fraudulent and should have to reimburse me the $2600.00 the jacked my rate up from $7700.00, damages to my furniture from all the mishandling and the amount I was charged to locate 110 cubit feet to ******* my son brought to *******. Manny did not cover any time for his services, mileage, fuel or the uhaul. Manny verbally abused and threatened both his mover and myself. *******, the mover, had no idea who he was working for and was contracted for ****** a day and just wanted to pay for Christmas and his son's birthday party with the extra money. When I kept the final payment and he unloaded it, Manny threatened to withhold his pay. ******* got scared and decided to return the truck to ******* and not pick up the rest of the loads with him. Manny reported the truck stolen and that ******* stole money from him. ******* return the truck to ******* and didn't want any further part to do with the company. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ***************************** form NOBLE MOVERS, *************** OR DEPENDABLE VANLINES. Noble movers is from **********. They have several LLC to scams people it appears. I have been working with the *********** to help them clear ******* of any wrong doing. He didn't deserve this. A great man who got in with the WRONG COMPANIES. They do not deserve a one star. They deserve a ZERO!

    I.D Noble Movers LLC Response

***** shame on you. You said before on numerous occasions your not a cheat but thats exactly what you are. I hope you know ******* the driver has been fired. Only because he broke company policy by offloading the truck before payment is collected. He actually believed you would keep your word and pay him the balance after he offloaded the job. This policy is in place for circumstances like this and especially for lying customers like yourself.1. ***** you booked a job with New leaf which is a broker company. You agreed to pay **** to move a total of **** cft. A 26ft Uhual came to your house which hold **** cft was loaded to fulfill that part of the contract. No additional charges were charged.2. You are correct the shipment was delivered in two different deliveries. Only because you called New Leafs phone and our phones everyday since the day you were picked up asking about your delivery when you were well aware that your contracted delivery date is ***** business days excluding holidays. It was only 7 days since you were picked up that you received your first shipment. You were well aware of this and agreed to it.3. Another small Boxtruck was added to our schedule to accommodate you to get you your items faster because they didnt fit on the first truck. Our original agreement was that I would pay you $100-$200 to take the remaining 6-8 items that couldnt fit on the truck because your son was already going to be in Az to move your items in your apt. I also gave you the option of waiting for the next truck to bring the 6-8 items in about a week or 10 days which would still put you under the 21 business days. But you insisted on your son doing it. You then call me the day before and said that your personal belongings were not going to fit in your trailer and you would need to upgrade your trailer to make your items fit plus the leftover 6-8 items fit. I agreed to cover the $300 cost. 3. The day of delivery you convince my gullible driver that you would pay half your **** only after you check the inventory to make sure your items were there. You made the driver wait over 3hr while you counted. (Keep in mind we charge for waiting time) for delaying our scheduled pickups/deliveries. After you accounted for all your items you changed your mind again and decided you were going to pay at all. Smh. Again shame on you. A police report has been filed with your local police and just so you know this is a felony. Its called Theft of service. You will be prosecuted and hopefully arrested. You cant request service and decide not to pay for it. Its illegal. Please do your research on this. You have admitted to your crime on your previous review. So thank you for that. Also at the very best case for you we will see you in court. You will be responsible for all legal fees . Best of luck.
