    I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your store on [date of incident]. During my visit, I was treated in a manner that was both humiliating and distressing, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention.While shopping with my 17-year-old daughter, an employee approached us and treated me as if I were attempting to steal merchandise. This accusation was made publicly, in front of other customers and my daughter, causing us both significant embarrassment and distress. I have always been a loyal customer of Tjmaxx Paramus Nj, and this experience has left me feeling deeply hurt and disrespected.I understand that loss prevention is a necessary aspect of retail operations, but the manner in which this situation was handled was entirely inappropriate. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and dignity, and this incident fell far short of those standards.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customer has to endure such treatment. Additionally, I would like to know what steps will be taken to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
