    We signed up with Bluu for our merchant services. Our *** system was delivered on 4/21/2025. We have been having issues with setting up the devices since installation. Whenever we call with an issue, they barely know what to do and end up having to call us back. From the time we got the *** system, we never received a manual. When asked about some type of user manual they say they don't have one. The training after installation was about 15 minutes. He said we would learn the rest when we call with issues. They input some of our inventory in the system for us. We ended up having to go thru it all over again. The system glitches after we spent over 8 hours updating the quantity for approximately 745 products and now our inventory says we have 1609 on hand for something that we only have 6 of. When we called, he couldn't figure it out. We are now open for business with a glitchy ***. We asked to cancel the *** but they told us we must pay 119 per month plus tax for the next year when we've only had the system for less than 2 weeks. We want out of the contract without any subscription fees.

    The company reached out to the complainant, and offered additional on-site training, further assistance with inventory issues, and two dedicated support members to help the merchant-customer through the difficulty of transitioning to a new point-of-sale system.

    The company understands that from time to time, there are cases where merchant-customers have a difficult time with the learning curve over a new POS system, despite the company's best efforts to make it simple and intuitive to use. 

    In the interest of resolving this matter without having to resort to courts, the company will agree to have the complainant to terminate the agreement without incurring any Early Termination Fee so long as the company's equipment are returned without any damage within 15 days of termination.
