    There were multiple transactions dating back to July 24. Between these tranx there were numerous calls from my end with an attempt to get a return call from someone that could answer my questions. When you call, the only option is to speak to an answering company that all work remotely. The only course of action is to send a message to a supervisor/manager which 7/9 calls resulted in no return phone call. The manager claims he was on vacation the previous week which apparently, the answering service was unaware but that does not explain previous weeks of no returned calls. I expressed each time I was told someone would call me this did not occur previous times. I had a working fridge except the issue of the fan making noise. There were zero cooling issues, zero errors displayed on the digital panel. After the first diagnosis there was a piece replaced and following that a few days later the fridge began to stop cooling. After multiple attempts to have a technician and multiple phone calls, there were at least 2 incidents someone waited at the resident with no tech showing up on the days that they claimed they would. One incident including the office telling me there was a tech on site which I explained over numerous phone calls that was impossible as someone was there to confirm no tech was there. This spawned numerous phone calls to track down the tech to still be told in the end that they were there which I had to initiate each one of the phone calls over the course of 5 hours. In the end after a 3rd visit and more replaced parts, 5th planned visit I was told a piece of the fridge was unfixable. In the end I was offered a refund for the services made but explained I no longer had a working fridge which was not the case in the beginning. I requested some compensation not an entirely new fridge. I asked for $500 to replace a $2500(when new) fridge. I was told the issue was a common one and I could look it up, yet the issue was not diagnosed first or 2nd visit.
