    Contractor did not finish the work. Some work is not done properly. They caused significant damage to my driveway and cut outside electrical lines without my permission. They stated the township told them to. The township vehemently denies this and the contractor stated he would come out with the township, a 3rd party electrician (as his screwed up we have electrical issues inside since completion of the inlaw suite) and resolve issue. No one showed multiple times. I had township come out to property and again they said contractor was lying. Contractor gave us an IOU with completion date (multiple completion dates) and not honored. Our last meeting they asked us to give them some of the remaining balance "in good faith" never showed up again and not returning calls or text now. They are trying to scam a 78 y/o woman . I will not stand for this if I have to get a lawyer involved. a 1 month project 13 mos later still not done. I have tons of pictures of the shotty work, incomplete work, damage, IOU not fulfilled and numerous text of me getting lied to or ignored I can submit.
