In-Home Lessons: No refunds will be provided after the second visit. We are committed to working with you throughout the process to achieve the best results.

Board and Train / Overnight Boarding: A partial refund may be issued if services are canceled before the halfway point of the agreed duration. After the halfway point, no refunds will be provided.
