Allure has done a phenomenal job in making my packaging we had a small issue with one item and they replaced it graciously. highly recommended.

This is one of the worst company's to do business with. I have been with them for over a year and have invested in the custom printing process. I have had a multitude of issues due to poor quality control. The latest problem is that I placed a order 10 days ago for a custom print job on jewelry boxes. That same day I placed my order I called customer service to cancel the print job and only buy the boxes with no logo due to the fact I have a show in less than 3 weeks and need them before my next event. I was issued a partial refund for the printing and was told my boxes would go out in tomorrows mail. Ten days later I haven't received my boxes so I called the company and was informed that it actually is in the printing que. I told them that I cancelled the printing job 10 days ago and now will need them shipped out ASAP and with express shipping. They put me on hold for a very long time and then came back to say they are currently out of stock on the boxes I ordered 10 days ago. I asked why did they take my money if they didn't have the boxes and was told they were out of stock 10 days ago and I would of seen a pop up box letting me know this. As you can guess there was NO pop up box letting me know this. I proceeded to tell her I don't believe anything they say anymore. This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my orders. Unfortunately I will not receive a refund on the custom printing plate I paid for so I am at a total loss. I would not recommend this company!!!!
