Complainants report follow-ups with Amazon resulted in being told Loyal 9 is not part of Amazon Homes Services.

            On October 23, 2019 and November 6, 2019, BBB contacted Loyal 9 Marketing to address a possible pattern of complaints.

              I found three consecutive months on my account for charges of $200.00 each for services I did not order. When calling the number to inquire, I was given a call service and no follow up by the company. After reading on BBB that this company has been doing this to many others, you would think something would be done about it. I will be making a complaint with the attorney generals office for fraudulent activity

              Don't trust this business they just lie to customers taking their money. They charge me thousands of dollars, at the beginning I was told it will be only one time payment for what they offer me. Since they have my card number they kept charging me monthly and I never have any results or benefits for what they offer me, practically they steal money.
