            This place is the biggest rip off around. We went on a Wednesday April 28, 2021. #1 we were not given the half price #2 we purchased three of the iplay power plays which include Power Play PASS UNLIMITED IPA SPEEDWAY (SINGLE RIDER) * (1) LASER TAG (not open) * (1) 4D THEATER (not open). * 4 HOURS OF NON REDEMPTION VIDEO GAME #3 we weren’t told that we needed to purchase a wrist band to ride anything in addition to the power play #4. None of the arcade card machines were working we had to flag down two different people. I complained they did nothing. My husband complained and they were going to refund us but it was at the 1 hour 15 min mark so they couldn’t. No one around. Half the games and ride appear open but they aren’t. The place is run by teenagers. Very very very disappointed and we spent $200 for nothing. We left and rode one ride. Never again. I was refund of $200

            I had my son's birthday party here yesterday, 3/11/23. I am beyond disappointed and upset. I handed two shopping bags with custom favors and cake topper/candles to a MANAGER and they LOST THEM! When my guests arrived at the party room, all of the food we ordered was not there. I kept asking our party attendant for our things to keep the party moving. We then spent an HOUR back and forth with all of the managers. After they pulled footage, they told us they gave our things to ANOTHER PARTY, who already left?! 1. I don't understand how it was given to a different party when a manager took it and 2. Shame on the family that received and kept it! My favors were personalized cups and the other party should have realized. The lack of customer service from 3 out of 4 managers was absolutely disgusting. They were unprofessional and showed no sympathy for their mistake. My son is still upset and my family and friends are disappointed. I wish I could say it was great but you ruined my son's birthday. Do better!
