Do not use this company, told us it was a $250 deposit, charged our cc $300, when we called they said they would just apply towards our quote, that did not happen. They never even booked part of the shipping they told us they did and it ended up costing us more money then they quoted. Driver showed up to pick up the car and demanded payment, we were told by ************************** to pay the driver directly. When I called to see where the confusion came from, the rep from *** started yelling at me over the phone once he calmed down, he instructed me to pay the driver even though he said thats not how they usually handle it. Then when it came time for the vehicle to be loaded on the boat the driver couldnt find our booking number, called *** again, again the dude got snippy with me on the phone saying it was my responsibility to pay ****** prior to the car getting to the port, which ended up being more than they quoted. When I asked him what we paid him for, he again got belligerent on the phone and said ** just going to hang up now. They are the worst, dont use them! Call the shipping companies directly!
