      I purchased 2 ***** key fobs from them. both failed profesional programing. After two emails to them detailing the problems with their product I received no response.

      Their website said the key fob case would fit a 2009 Jeep grand Cherokee circuit board. It did not fit in 4 different ways. They also said it was defective and that I should pay the shipping back to them. I refused to pay as the problems were all theirs. Their product also damaged my circuit board and they would not provide a new one. I had to spend 170 dollars to replaced my circuit board.Many , many emails. They want me to pay 10 dollars to return **** product that was misrepresented and defective. I asked for a prepaid RA label but they refused. March 2023

      I ordered a key fob for my car from RemotesRemotes.com When I received the item, it had battery acid on the outside and it didn't work.I e-mailed RemotesRemotes.com about the defective item and they refused to send me a return label to send them back the defective item. They said that I needed to pay to ship it back to them at my cost. The problem is; that it would cost as much or more to send it back to them, than to just buy a new one from somewhere else.Is it fair that they can send out defective products and get away with not standing behind their products and expect their customers to pay for their mistakes?All I asked for was a return label to send the defective item back and for them to send me a replacement. This is not too much to ask in my opinion.
