They are the worst , cocky , and dumber than a box of rocks. I asked them for a supervisor and they asked to speak to my father. When I asked for the corporate office address , they asked me for my father’s address. They can’t add either. When I asked them for the credit card they used for billing me for a penny they refused to tell me. They are not honest and I called pay pay to not deal with them. American Home Shield has customer service in Asia and don't know what to do. Mold has been removed and the plumbing needs to be replaced by ******* ******** at 609 (New Jersey. ) AHS customer service is in Philippines ????.Telebrands Response

Ordered a copper hose and 2 nozzles. Received the order, and there were also 2 vitamin supplements in it which I did not order. My credit card was charged $206 in total. I've emailed. I got a response saying I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. It's been a week now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYTelebrands Response

Bulbhead sells nothing but junk. Bought battle storm glasses lasted a month and both pair broke. And their return policy is the worse impossible to get replacement. And if you believe their selling techniques that they are stopping production, it is a gimmick. If you like throwing money away buy any of their products and that's what your doing.Telebrands Response

Buyer beware. I ordered a hose. My credit card was charged immediately when website says credit card charged when shipped. Hose never shipped. Called customer service 3 times. Told a variety of reasons - even conflicting reasons in same call. Only consistency was supervisor not available. Agent from second call put me on hold and came back as supervisor Bruce. Third call says hose "picked, " then said out-of-stock, and finally told it would ship in 6 weeks.Telebrands Response

The customer service is in India and the people working the phones are dumber than dirt. I ordered a pocket hose a month ago and never received it. Instead they sent me a nozzle. I sent 4 emails of which I didn't get a reply to any of them. I called three times and each time the representative said they would send me the hose I ordered, but instead they would send me another nozzle. So now I have 4 nozzles, but still no hose to attach it to. Apparently, they don't know the difference between a hose and a nozzle. I had to contact my credit card company and get them involved so I can get my money back from these dumb scammers. BUYER BEWARE!Telebrands Response

Bulbhead sister company Telebrands. Ordered by e-mail after advertisement on T.V. Pocket Hose Copper Bullet with adjustable head. e-mail from Bulb head 6/26/23 gave no shipping date. Neither did the web-site. The order stated We will notify you when it has been ship. I Phone the number and extension 4, no answer. Sent three e-mails requesting shipping date. I received back nothing but other adds. Bad Business practices or scam. END.Telebrands Response
