    The transaction was filed in December 2023 but the party bus was taken on 6/21/24 for my wedding for 700$ (not including tip that we paid in cash). They said they were sending us a 15 person bus. We were all squished & we were 13 people total (2 riders being 4 year old toddlers). It was an almost 100 degree day & the air conditioning was broken. We asked the bus driver several times if he could fix it - it would come on for 30 seconds then turn off again. I have been trying to contact them after for a refund (at MINIMUM 1/2 off) - they kept acting like they were going to help me and they would call me back because they were investigating and then wouldn't call me back. I have had to call several times - they offered me $150. They said it worked for other rides that weekend so I was lying. I had picture proof that it was broken as we were holding fans and you can see the toddler's faces beat red. The manager Frank picked up the phone at one point and had me text him the pictures and promised I would talk to the owner and he stopped answering my texts. After over 6 months of not hearing from them, myself & a few of the girls who were on the bus wrote 1 star reviews on google. That's when Frank called me back & said they would offer me $250 & that I had to delete the reviews if they sent me the money. I said I wanted at least half back - he then started to use intimidation tactics saying they were going to sue me for defamation and that I was running a smear campaign because the other girls did not book the service so they were not allowed to write a bad review. He sent me fake law notices over text messages and refused to send me the refund of 350$ until I signed a disclaimer saying that I would delete the reviews after they sent me the money back. After looking at other reviews online, they have used this intimidation tactic on other customers for leaving bad reviews/the AC being broken on their bus. This is illegal as it is intimidation, coercion and manipulation.
