    I have had ADT for 8 years in December 2024 I contacted them regarding my cameras (2) that was not working. They sent a tech to my home in January and he could not fix it. I contacted ADT regarding the issue again and was transferred from billing to sales the woman I spoke with upgraded my services I paid $105. and was told that if the services did not work that I would be refunded. She also told me that I would not get charged for January for the repair would occur 2/1/25. On 2/1/25 the ADT tech stated that he could not fix the camera and that I would need to contact my WIFI service provider. I contacted ADT billing again on 2/3/25 after upgrading my WIFI and was told that since I did not sign the contract that I would be refunded my $105. and that I would be issued a credit and that my monthly bill will go down to $40. a month. and I would not be charged for when the tech comes out to fix the camera for they will cover the parts and labor. As of 2/18 I was not refunded and was told that I owe a payment which is not accurate for I have automatic payments. Also I was charged $243. for a camera repair which was not stated.
