      I purchased 12 pairs of Munsingwear underwear from Fresh Pair in November, 2020 during a sale. I did not need the underwear at that time but thought it was a good purchase to have in reserve. I opened the 4 packages of 3 each about 4 weeks ago when I did need the product and discovered that the leg elastic was defective after two washes. I reported this to Fresh Pair by phone two days ago and today was told they would not refund the money paid even though the product is defective because th claim was not filed within a month,This is demonstrably wrong. Fresh Pair should be required to refund the money because the product they sold me is defective and cannot be used, since the claim was made within one month of the product being used for the first time, as they say their policy requires.

      I ordered a product from Freshpair on March 27, 2023. After 3 weeks of not receiving the product I notified them. The tracking number was in limbo. The amount of my order gave me free shipping. After numerous emails with J*** ******* *. about non-receipt of the item, I was told it would be resent. This time they added a shipping fee. Another email was sent and I received an email back that it was a mistake, and the shipping fee was rescinded. Weeks went by with numerous emails sent. On April 14, 2023 I cancelled this order and advised the fraud department of my credit card company about the problem, and instructed them that the $42.75 paid to them was to be returned to my account. I received a letter from my credit card company that included a case number, as an investigation would begin. $42.75 was added back into my account. Weeks went by still with no receipt of product. I kept in touch with my credit card company repeatedly, keeping them up to date. On May 30, 2023 $42.75 was released by my credit card company to Freshpair because Freshpair told them the product had been sent out on March 27, 2023. As of May 30, 2023 I still had not received what I ordered, and they took my money. This company in not reputable and their customer service is reprehensible. They're unreliable, and it caused me a great deal of anxiety, especially finding out that because their argument to my credit card company was "We sent the product" they received the money anyway. Other customers should not be treated this way. Please note that I have copies of all correspondence between myself and Freshpair.
