    I bought the vehicle 3/18/2024 a 2010 buick lacrosse for ******* and had a warranty for 90 days and I kept bringing them the vehicle to them and they would keep it for 2 or 3 days and say the car shop can't find anything wrong with 4 months into having the vehicle under warranty the car engine frozen and they tell me I had to go half of ******* for a engine then agree after arguing to pay cause I work and needed a vehicle and was in 6/2024 and now the end of March 2025 the engine frozen again and they are telling me I have to purchase an engine again I pay ****** a month and every month with me paying something else is wrong with vehicle I been having a different repair shop fixing the vehicle and been paying fixing the problems I been asking them for a different vehicle bit they kept telling me they don't have anything for my price to switch me out of this vehicle now they have the vehicle and isn't paying to get it fix but won't me to continue paying until I'm finished paying out for the vehicle plus I have to buy a engine this is wrong and unfair I been without a vehicle since March 2025 please help me I have all receipts for fixing this vehicle and keep it maintenance please help me.

    The first motor Auto Outlet put in the vehicle was on 8-9-24. It was ***** miles and three months out of warranty.  We agreed to $2500 to put a used motor in the vehicle. customer never paid the $2500 at all... The car was given back to her, She hasn't made a payment since December of 2024.  At this point, she was behind in payments, then she brought car in with the motor seized.  After inspecting the issue, the motor was 4 quarts low on oil when she gave it to us.  She was informed of this that now needs a motor replacement due to lack of oil replacement. Auto Outlet does not preform oil changes, she claimed someone else did the oil change.  The motor was approximately ***** miles before it ran out of oil.  The customer is always responsible for changing and adding fluids, including oil to keep their car running and performing as it should.  The customer failed to do so in this case.  In addition, the payments were not made and she owes Auto Outlet $ ******* in past due payments, and still has a balance thereafter on the vehicle.

    The company is a buy here pay here establishment.The car comes as is, also has a warranty for 3 months.My temp tags expired August ****** My attempt to go pick up my plates failed due to the fact that they allegedly misplaced them.With that I was given a new temp tag. In a 3 weeks span I received 3 tickets in the mail.One in ********, the *******************, and **************The plates are on a Chrysler van which I am not driving, I purchased a ***** cobalt.Now they can not contact the person who they sold their car to and gave my plates to.Every time I call they hang up or tell me they will handle it. I never seen business conducted as such in my entire life.I'm racking up on tickets that aren't mine due to their negligence

    **** bought a car here..  one of our employees accidently put her plates on the wrong vehicle.  we were not aware till **** got tickets in the mail .. since then, she now has her plates on here vehicle the other customer has their plates.,,and we paid all the outstanding tickets this has all been resolved thank you ****

    On Nov 9 I Dropped My 2013 BMW Keys Off To Ewing Auto Outlet Asking For My Vehicle To Be Towed From **** ******** ****** To Avoid Any Extra Damages

    Then I Watch The Owner Mike Drive Up In My Car From My Home Back To The Car Dealership

    Mentioning That’s Something Went Wrong With The Cars Turbo Shaft

    It’s Been Almost 2 Long Months Now And After December 20, 2022 He Told Me Not To Make Any More Payment Until The Car Repairs Are Done ???????
