IHAVE MULTIPLE ISSUES REFLECTING POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE HANDLING OF SERVICES FOR MY ***. THE SPECIFIC ISSUE AT HAND HOWEVER IS ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN PROMISED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE JANAUARY 3, 2023, THAT MY *** WOULD BE READY FOR PICKUP IN A MATTER OF DAYS , IT JUST NEVER HAPPENS. I CAN NO LONGER TRUST THE HONESTY OF THIS COMPANY. I AM CONCERNED THAT SOMETHING ********* HAS HAPPENED TO MY ***. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. I FEEL THAT IAM BEING PATRONIZED EVERY TIME I CALL FOR AN UPDATE. MY *** , 2018 **** Fusion HYBRID WAS FIRST TAKEN TO MAACO IN JULY 2021 FOR SOME DAMAGE TO THE FRONTEND(see attached). IT WAS APPRAISED AND PAID BY PLYMOUTHROCK INSURANCE. MAACO DIDN'T COMPLETE THE *** BECAUSE ALLEGEDLY THERE WAS A NATIONWIDE SHORTAGE ON PARTS. IT WASNT UNTIL DECEMBER 2022, THAT THE PARTS ALLEGEDLY ARRIVED. AS OUTRAGOEUS AS THAT IS, MY COMPLAINT BEGINS IN JANUARY 2023 . ON A JAN.3RD CONFERENCE CALL WITH A SUPERVISOR FROM PLMOUTHROCK. MAACO PROMISED TO HAVE THE *** READY FOR PICKUP BY THE END OF THE ***** BUT SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER (see attached), i.e. Feb. 27 - Maaco says they drove the car to a mechanic who is performing Safety checks on all systems; On Mar.15 Maaco says the car needs a 'Y' module and should be ready for pickup Saturday; On Apr5 Maaco says the Charging system repaired and car should be back tomorrow .I LEFT MAACO A TEXT MESSAGE ON APR.11, THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND.Maaco owner - **** ************ Plmouthrock supervisor- ************************* -************ ***************** - my Dad also is witness to this issue - ************

Hello, Thank you for notifying me of this complaint. Yes the vehicle was here for an extended time due to supply chain issues with part delays. The vehicle is complete and customer has inspected and approved the repairs. The vehicle was towed today per customer request by customers tow company. Car was towed because it is not registered. The customer came in last week and inspected the vehicle and approved all repairs and test drove the car. Everything was acceptable to customer. Customer was issued receipts and warranty booklet. We are very sorry for the delay in completing the car but there were parts that were on national back order due to covid supply chain issues. ************** was very patient and always treated us with kindness. We are happy she was pleased with the repairs. We wish her the very best and appreciate her patience. The parts issues have caused many cars to be delayed for completion. Thank you for mediating this issue. Sincerely, Matt **********************
