I retain this law firm around ending of April 2023 because I was hit with a DUI in ******* I explain to lawyer ******************************* I was drugged on April 5, 2023 at restaurant name mexico bar & grilled. In the police records from woodland Park ******** I was in my vehicle for three hours at a funeral home just sitting there. Elderly woman watch for three hours until she called the cops to a search. They found me unconscious in my vehicle. The officer pulled me out and laid me out on the ground for narcan and cpr. I was taking to hospital and was found with overdose opium and liquor. No work was done with this lawyer. Only thing he did was wrote to the court that he was my attorney and toward the end he got the evidence. It seem like I was doing all the footwork because I was drugged in ******** ** and found in woodland Park. I constantly went down to ******** police station to speak to sergeant ****** I spoke with *** (alcohol beverage control) internal affairs, victim union and then ******* prosecutor. Every person I spoke to ask why my lawyer wasn't doing his job. I even ask ******* is there anyway he could get footage from the restaurant. His said the evidence would be gone. Eventually I got the state involved to start investigating. I have a detective of criminal justice ************************* as of May reviewing my case. My new law firm is looking into drugs that was taking and how the blood work was performed that day on April 5 2023. ******* was somewhat unprofessional because he wasn't listening to me the person that was the victim.
