      I have sent proof of rental insurance over and over again including to the leasing office and they told me to contact corporate. I was charged rental insurance this month even though I have had home insurance as long as I’ve lived in the same apartment. I’m also being charged extra charges on my rent and I’ll like to have them remove before I pay June’s rent

      I moved out 2/29/24, ******* the asst *** said it would take 30 to 60 days to get deposit back. Why!!!!It should not take that *********************** said she rented the apt but the are doing renovation.It was cleaned, my neighbors cleaned it.Usually most apts takes 2 weeks The sad thing ******* refuses to answer my emails She says she has to talk to ***** and ***** says she has to talk to ******* I feel I am getting the runaround!Why does your company treat residence so badly Why don't you close this and let's move on Please let me know why you play games!!!

      I live in woodland hills luxury apt and in the process of moving and I have some bumps in road. I will take pictures of the apt when I move I don't want to be charged for something I did not do.I had a work order cause of my toilet. I put this blue toilet bowl cleaner in the back of toilet. One tablet got stuck in pipe. They had to come unstuck it. But I feel ***** will charge me for unsticking it and that should not be. ***** started to say you about not putting toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet. I then sent ******* a note on how much ***** is charging me and do I need to get a loan. She did not answer ******* - I asked where to get drip cover for the stove. She told me you company doesn't charge for that. Since when does not charge for dirty drip cover.I wanted to move out earlier but pay the rent and take my time. ******* said I was breaking the lease. She told me my look at day is s and I am suppose to stay here until then.. I asked why did you let #*** move out ************************************* & said I could me earlier. That is called disparaging treatment. That is not right Asked in writing to do walkthru both verbally and in writing she told me I turn the keys in and she sill do walk. Wrong that is not right Will take pictures of everything maybe a video You people need to take a look at review Oh, maintenance supervisor yells at me when someone backed into his car like I was the one that hit him. Not right Moving on 24th last day is 29th will ***** say I broke lease?

      I live at Woodland Hills Luxury Apt and I have some question's that we are told corporate handles:1. I have curiosity question, I apt **** has taken off for a 3 week vacation and nobody has come tot fill in for her. I know we have an asst **** is that how apt **** do things, let the asst fill in for her?2. You bought this place 1 year ago and the grill has not been replaced, why is it taken so long to replace the grill? Someone has taken thee front cover off and the cats and stay in it to keep warm. The ****** tell us corporate taken care off it, then why haven't you replace it after a year?3. We are told that corporate will replace all lights on property in first week in dec. why haven't you? The lights over the stairwell went out and it was very dark we were told corporate will take care of it. i told ******* maintenance supervisor if someone falls that is a lawsuit. He ignored me, I had o go n the ****** and tell the asst **** if someone falls in the dark down staircase that would be a lawsuit. Why haven't corporate taken care of all that?4. The fence between the apt and the fire **** needs replacing it is rotten out. Corporate has done nothing about that either.5. Oh lets not forget the fence has rusted out and the locks don't work, they have done nothing what's so ever to fix them. You need a new fence and corporate has done nothing abut that. maybe why we have cars breaking into anybody can get in.This is suppose to be a luxury apt it is not. ******* and ******* at times sit in **** ****** for an hour or so talking. How can ******* do work orders and ******* do her job?I even asked if corporate takes card of everything down here, what do you do?Can someone tell me how corporate let a apt **** tak4en 3 weeks off and no fill in for that long?
