    ON 28 AUG 2025 AT 3:30 IN THE LOBBY OF MY BUILDING AT THE ENTRANCE ON THE THE ***** THERE WAS A STACK OF NO LESS THAN *************************** A PILE.EARLIER IN THE DAY 5 WERE DELIVERED IN THEIR PLASTIC SLEEVES.THAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE AMOUNT ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE DEVELOPMENT.LOOSE FLYERS ARE NEVER ALLOWED BECAUSE OF THE ***** AND SAFETY PROBLEMS THIS DOES CAUSE.DELIVER ONLY 5 IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE IN THE FUTURE OR I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MANAGEMENT AND BAN ALL DELIVERIES TO THE DEVELOPMENT.THIS TYPE OF CONDUCT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND YOUR STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED BETTER.DONT DO IT AGAIN.THE CONTACT NUMBER ON THE PLASTIC SLEEVE IS ************ WHICH NO ONE ANSWERS.

    I've called multiple times to opt out of receiving coupon circulars, but they are still being delivered to my doorstep. Please stop delivering them.

    I don't want those circulars. I asked for them to stop years ago. Knock it off. The person who is throwing them on my property does not see the NO SOLICITATION signs that are all over my front door. I don't care how many stores are in this borough, I shop where I want and where it is convenient for "me."

    STOP HAVING THESE PAPERS THROWN ON MY PROPERTY. I HAVE PROOF OF THIS HAPPENING AS MY VIDEO CAMERA IS CATCHING IT.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I received two mailers today.  I don't want any of these mailers.  You all have a young person riding a bike to disperse this crap and he just throws it with no regard for Private property.  I DON'T WANT THOSE FLYERS.  I DON'T BUY FOOD IN STATEN ISLAND.  LEAVE ME ALONE IMMEDIATELY.  THEY STAY IN THE PLASTIC SLEEVE AND GET THROWN AWAY BY ME.  WHY FORCE THIS ON PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT THE RACIST STORES AND SHOPS IN STATEN ISLAND?

    I do not want circulars/adds/pennysaver delivered to my house(******************************************). I filed a complaint 2 or 3 years ago (complaint #********) and it stopped being delivered. Now the issue is reoccuring - most recently the adds/circulars was left at my front door today, Wednesday 05/14/25.Please remove my address from the distribution list.

    Since January they have been tresspassing on my property to leave circulars. I have been calling and requesting multiple times to stop the delivery.

    circular / ***** saver adds are being left by my front door (# on plastic is **************).i filed a complaint a few years back and now the circulars are being delivered again.I do not want any circulars/adds/pamphlets delivered to my address.

    We will make this address a VIP Stop and take weekly photo verification of non-delivery.  We do have this listed as a DND and photos of non-delivery back in 2022; however, a new distributor did not follow the instructions.  I hope this resolves the matter. - ***

    I have called the ************ at least 10x to be removed from the circular delivery but it keeps coming every thursday. I want to be removed. I think the company is called CBA located in **.

    Our records indicate the resident has called our 800-number five times and requested stop delivery.  This has been relayed to the delivery company and our field inspection.  We will do our best to ensure non-delivery and have requested photo verification from distributor.  Unfortunately, sometimes new distributors go out on routes and miss the stop request.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I have called this circular distribution company to stop the delivery 3 times and gave them two warnings. But they still keep delivering their plastic trash coupon bags to my address. They should do an investigation on their delivery man!!!! I will call police to do the investigation if they deliver it again!!! So sick of these trash bag in my private property. They should hire someone to clean my yard!!!!!!

    Delivery was for two bags.  Stop Delivery will be placed on the address and verified by field inspection.  We will have distributor take photo verification of non-delivery for the next four weeks.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
