      They sold me a car that they said was never in an accident and it was definitely in an accident ! This WAS NOT the original car I was supposed to get this is the car they brought out and when I mentioned it ***************** who works there he told me well Id take this car because it has less miles ! My car would make really loud screeching noises when put into park and taken out of park ! U feel some type of vibrations while driving it ! My air conditioner was leaking all over my passenger floor leaving puddles of water ! While my car was at Maserati of monouth getting serviced someone left my car open and a guy attempted to steal it but the police stopped him called me and told me about it no one from Maserati even mentioned that my car was left open broken into and the cops had to break my windows in order to get the guy out of my car , they fixed my windows but now my car is having electrical problems that they are telling me to bad my warranty doesnt cover ****** never had them issues before they had to fix my windows due to negligence on their end ! They will not give u a date to repair your car until it close to your warranty being up so that youll b stuck with the problem ! I put $9500 cash down on this car and its like I brought a lemon ! Ive been there atleast 8 times in 7 months !

      Breach of Contract - Failure to Provide Title for Ford Ranger 2020

      I, ******** ** do hereby swear and affirm the following statements to be true to the best of my knowledge:

      Description of Contract: On June 15, 2024, I purchased a Ford Ranger 2020, VIN numbe* *****************, from Park Place of NJ. It was agreed that the title for the vehicle would be provided within 30 days of issuing the temporary license plates, as per New Jersey DMV law

      Nature of Breach: As of today, July 25, 2024, the title has not been delivered, exceeding the legal timeframe. This constitutes a breach of our contract.

      UCC Article 2: Sales
      Section 2-301: General Obligations

      The seller must transfer and deliver the title as agreed.
      Section 2-503: Manner of Seller’s Tender of Delivery

      The seller must make the title available and deliver goods as per contract terms.
      Section 2-601: Buyer's Rights on Improper Delivery

      If the seller fails to deliver the title, the buyer can reject the goods.
      Section 2-711: Buyer’s Remedies

      The buyer can seek a refund or damages for the seller's failure to comply.
      The lack of title delivery is a breach of these obligations under the UCC.


      Attempts to Resolve:

      On July 1 and July 2, 2024, I contacted your dealership to inquire about the title. I was advised to wait, but no title was provided.

      On July 18, 2024, I received a call from ************ stating that the title was being located and would be delivered by July 24, 2024. This promise was not fulfilled.

      Impact: Due to the absence of the title, I have been unable to use the vehicle for the past two weeks, resulting in inconvenience and potential financial loss.

      This affidavit has been sent to *********************** and mailed by certified mail.

      Park place dealer in ************. Reeled me in with a post and once i was there lied and said the car was salvage. They pressured me into signing on a newer car and lied about the service contract being a requirement on the deal. As a First time buyer i had no knowledge. But as more issues with the dealer come about these have come to light

      unfortunately it is nearly impossible to finance a salvaged vehicle. We do not typically carry them on the lot due to that. However, we do have other vehicles that are easily financeable, and we always recommend fully covering your car. Rest assured we do full inspection and maintenance but you always want to be safe than sorry. You are able to cancel the warranty if you do not wish to keep it. Please feel free to call us so you are able to go over the steps. Please do keep in mind it takes ***** days

      I found the car I want to buy in cash at cars.com from this place I went with my boyfriend to this place to buy a car for me that Ive seen in cars.com. We drove 2 hours. First the salesman cant find the car, then he shows us a different bit up ****** Altima. I told him that I wanted to see the car that I was looking for and I was promised it. He took us across the street, to see supposedly the car. He didnt have the keys, and then he told us that is his next door neighbor business but we can trust on him. My boyfriend and I went inside the car, everything was looking ok, until we found out the mileage was ******; and the one I went to buy was ******. We got out the car and my boyfriend told him that it wasnt the same car that we came for and he should be honest with us. If he doesnt have the car be honest with us and we can go somewhere else. Then, we went back to the dealer and he told us to look around and let him know if we see if we like some another car. After we looked around we went back inside and he told us that he didnt find my car, and we left after waste our time with this business.

      Im October of 2020 a sales rep by the name of ***** had me agree to a 28% interest rate on a vehicle on the reliance that Id only be paying $500 monthly. He promised a credit until Id be able to refinance but didnt disclose that my refinance is subject to credit approval. Today 1/31/24 I call the dealer to make a formal complain. My call with the manager was interrupted by a call from ******* cursing me out and claiming that management could care less about my sob story

      I purchased three vehicles from this dealership that altered my financial records to get me in all three cars. I hired a lawyer but he didn’t understand the information I was giving him. I have all the contracts of the vehicles that was involved with illegal possession to my name

      Hello ******, I am not entirely sure where the miscommunication is. I'd recommend looking through the paperwork to get clarification on the purchase. In regards to your credit, when you are applying for a loan it does result in a hard inquiry on your credit.

      On November 3rd, I went into Where Luxury Meets with intentions of trading in my used car for another car. Upon arrival and discussion. I decided on a ***** Civic 2020 which was listed on the website for around $21,000. After back and fourth between the sales rep and who I am assuming is a manager or higher up of some sort. We agreed on a price of $7500 trade in value, To be added to the full price of the car. Which, as I was told also included tax and fees. I carefully signed each paper work and made sure to verify with the sales rep several times the full price of the car including fees and was still consistently told that the price of the car included all fees, taxes, and did not require a need for a DMV visit. I walked out proud with my purchase. A few weeks past and I am going through my bank statements and am surprised to see that I have been charged the full price of the car being $21000. I call Where luxury meets and ask them why the car I traded ins value was not deducted from the price of the car on my bank statement. After being transferred to several people I was finally transferred to the finance department who explained to me that the price of the car was $25000 and that the trade in value was already deducted resulting in a final price of $21000. After explaining to them that, $21000 was the price advertised and discussed to me after taxes, it doesnt make sense given the value of my used car I traded in was $7500.the finance manager claims that my receipt says otherwise. Now I know I read all my papers carefully before signing. Upon looking at the receipts I am met with completely different values that were talked about initially. I see my car trade in that we had negotiated and went back and fourth with and agreed to $7500, was now valued at $6500 on their end. & The ACTUAL price of the new car was $26,000 (including taxes and fees.) No where in the papers that were given to me to sign was this clearly stated.THIS is extremely dishonest on this businesses part and I have been robbed of my money and of my old car.

      I purchased a 2020 Murano on 12/2/23. The very next day the warning break sensor came on and still on now. In turn I reached out to ************************************* ( sales rep) and **** who is the manager and expressed this issued. They promised to resolve this issue and promised to get back to me. In turn, I have been calling everyday since 12/4/23 and I either get no response or the call is transfered and told that they are in a meeting. I really would like to resolve this issue ASAP or return vehicle. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

      I purchased the vehicle on March 16th. At about a month or so after, my car is already showing signs of breaking down. Large plumes of white smoke are coming from the exhaust.

      After 6 Months from getting the vehicle, and the car they provided me is non operational. Those large plumes of smoke came back 2 weeks ago and My turbo went. Took it to the dealer and they stated that I had no Cat Converter. So these guys sold me a car that is missing a Cat Converter. I've been trying to reach their manager "Mike" for over a 2 weeks and I'm getting gatewayed by the secretary that is VERY nasty. It's almost impossible to reach anyone with "actual power" there to help me with my situation. My car is a glorified paper weight that'll cost over $17k to fix. I feel real Luxurious.

      Due to the company's 6 month policy. I'm unable to get a new vehicle through them as well as get the vehicle repaired. They sold me a lemon. They knew they sold me a lemon. And as such, because it took 6 months for that lemons reveal itself. I'm now "underwater no matter which way I look."

      Do not go to this company whatsoever. This entire establishment is a scam at best.

      This service all around us horrible.

      On behold of the new Park Place of New Jersey management team. We are sorry to hear about any inconvenience that *** have occurred. New Jersey Lemon Law is only up to 30 days of purchase. Our vehicles are serviced and if an issue does occur within proximity from day of purchase we will rectify the issue. Since its been over 6 months it falls outside of the ** Lemon Law and therefore might be a result of driving over time. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** sold me a vehicle THEY KNEW had a $17,000 repair. When I advised them of my issue the sales representative had no remorse and stayed,  "Good luck." 

       

      This company has a known record of selling destroyed vehicles to their customers,  you can see many complaints on this site alone let alone ****** reviews.  

      They also sold me a vehicle KNOWING there were unstated modifications to the car such as the removal of both the cats.
