    Owners are aware their window installers are making mistakes but they dont admit to them. The installers put screws in the frames which allowed rain water in & destroy my plaster ceiling. When contacted to address the problem their repairman admitted he knew exactly what the problem was. He had seen it before. Meaning the installers have done it before. After submitting plaster repair bills for $800 they sent a check for $400. I didnt ask for half. I asked for them to admit to their error that I had to live with and repair. I would love to submit photos of the destruction of my 80 year old home by this negligent company and absentee owners
