    This company should be held accountable for fraudulent conduct and deceptive charges. Today, my vehicle was towed by state police and taken to their lot. At the time of release, they quoted one price, but upon arrival they stated they did not accept checkseven though their posted signage said otherwiseand demanded cash only. After retrieving cash from an ATM, they suddenly increased the fee by an additional $100, claiming their prior quote was incorrect.When I requested an invoice, the document was inaccurate and incomplete. They refused to correct it, refund the overcharge, or provide proper clarification. The manager refused to speak with me and retreated, while the secretary, ******, provided three different inconsistent amounts before also refusing further communication.The unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and exploitative tactics displayed here are deeply concerning and border on criminal fraud. I strongly advise others not to conduct business with this company. Their practices reflect dishonesty and predatory behavior, and I intend to pursue legal remedies for the misconduct experienced.
