      I requested a price adjustment due to a competitor who dropped their price on the same merchandise purchased. Beach Camera very timely and professionally responded with an acceptable offer. I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

      I bought a renewed product that I wasnt 100% happy with, but working with their customer service, specifically, RIZALYN, we were able to work out a solution that left me fully satisfied.       Great service. I ordered a TV and was delivered by *** EX and only took like two days. Since it was my first time buying from Buy Dig two customer service **** both ****** and **** May went beyond the call of duty to see that I received the new customer promo of $15. The the TV was over 800 and also was greatly discounted to boot. Thank you so much for your wonderful service which is much appreciated and not very common in this day and age.******.
