      I placed an order for a Christmas present for my special needs son. It was a computer monitor that he had been asking for. The monitor was on **** during Cyber Monday and had a 20 percent off coupon on top of a discount from buydig making it affordable for me. I waited 10 days and then asked for a shipping confirmation since I had received nothing except they charged me $600. Almost immediately I received a note saying they did not have the item. They should have notified me 10 days ago that they did not have the item so I could find my son another Christmas present. Buydig has ruined my sons Christmas and my families too. They are a large company and could afford to compensate me with a discount on another similar monitor, but they are afraid of losing $100. Big corporations are not our friends.

      Receiving phishing emails to address I created exclusively to communicate with Buydig. Either Buydig has had a databreach they haven't disclosed or they sold my email address against their published Privacy Policies.

      This company is a sham. I received an email saying a refurbished speaker was notmally $349 and it was on sale for $199. After 2 seconds on ******, the item NEW on ****** is $129.

      BuyDig has been breached. I use per-merchant email addresses (email address "+buydig"). I received a scam email (August 2024) sent to my BuyDig email that only BuyDig has, and the scam email was one of those McAfee rental invoice scams. The only way the scammer could have gotten that email address is because BuyDig lost my personal data or they sold it to *********** not use BuyDig.

      I purchased a monitor from BuyDig, expecting a brand new item as described on their product page. However, upon verifying the warranty details with the manufacturer, I was dismayed to discover that the monitor's warranty is nearing expiration, contradicting the claim of it being brand new. This discrepancy has led me to question the authenticity of the product's condition and BuyDig's transparency. It's disappointing to receive an item that doesn't match the expectations set by the seller's description.

      Spent **** on a 8k tv was supposed to be certified refurbished and have a extended warranty but seems to not be the case. TV was set up on factory stand less than 2 months and the screws malfunctioned apparently when the tv toppled over luckily not killing any one. Contact the company was told not within 90 days well within next told not covered for it was wall mounted again not the case then told pretty much I screwed it in wrong supplied pictures of the other 4 ******* TV's that are between 1 and 6 yrs that have never been a problem. Seems to be fraudulent seeing I asked for the repair or replacement and just was treated like a moron

      I bought a refurb 2023 ** 65"C3 evo from buydig off **** for $500 off the going sale price at other big box stores, Amazon, and ******** The tv was flawless and essentially brand new, 9/2023 build (I bought it in the same month!) and has a perfect panel uniformity. Also it came with a 2 year Allstate (square trade) warranty (I have used this warranty on several tvs and it is legit). Great customer service from ********************** and they always kept me up to date and TWW was the shipper and they were equally awesome.

      Great product for a price I could afford delivered in a timely manner for the distance even when transfered to a third party trucking company the communication was clear and prompt. I would recommend this seller for people that are on a budget that think they can't afford a big TV. My only warning to buyers is to be cautious of suspicious push messages and text from scammers that know you have a package coming. My ************************* was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I would use this service again.
