Predatory and unethical. I took my vehicle in for servicing, the total labor cost was above $2k.
Instead of charging a per hour rate the service center charged per job in a clear attempt to maximize profit. When I called to file a complaint with Joe (service manager) he advised that they enter the job into the system and the system provides an estimate.
He said he would give me a call back after speaking with his office manager to see what can be done, it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from him.
Steer clear from the service center.

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
Purchased a used 2016 GMC Canyon in June 2024.
Things wrong with the vehicle on Day 1:
    Transmission / Torque Convertor
    Catalytic Convertor Clogged
Broken Bracket on Catalytic Convertor which Edison Nissan Improperly Repaired, and had to be fixed at another Dealership.
Key gets stuck inside ignition (Still not fixed)
    Truck had a Bald Tire
AC Button Sticks/needs a screwdriver to pop back out.
No Window-Etching performed (After being charged 299$ and having no option to opt out. I was told it was already done on the vehicle prior to purchase)
    Things the Dealership did:
Sold me 2 warranties that do the same thing, but was told one was powertrain/one was everything else. One costs $1,000 the other 1750$ I cannot get ahold of their own Warranty Company (***** ** ****** to cancel the policy. Number goes to a scam call center.
Would not release the 120 Point inspection paperwork to me after being asked. I believe no inspection was performed, as all the problems I have had.
    Sticker price of Vehicle - 14,200.00 | Charged 15,800.00
Dealership didn't even want to fill up the gas tank until I insisted (Was on empty when I took it for the test drive).
Would not release any paperwork to me regarding the repairs they performed to rectify the issues above, I have asked numerous associates, at least 20 times.
Was told the technician could not replicate the issue with the Transmission, had to bring to a GMC Dealership to get help.
Yelled at me numerous times on the phone, to which I had to ask them to lower their voice and stop yelling more then once.
Performed a non OEM Repair on the catalytic convertor.
Truck was out of service for 45+ Days within the first 3 months of purchasing.
Truck has had over $12,000.00 in repairs since purchase in June. It is now October. Edison Nissan should be ashamed.

Since April 30th, 2024 I purchased a used car from Edison Nissan car dealership and to date July 15, 2024, I have not yet received ALL my documents, which I should have received from the salesman on the same day. When I went the next day to pay in full for the car, the salesman was not there who took all my documents home with him. I was told not to worry about it, the salesman will mail them to me when he will be there the next day. (Tomorrow) The salesman never called me or answered any of my messages to date. I have been calling and calling everyday the first month. In the second month I called once a week, asking for my papers. I did get finally the car warranty and title of car. However, the bill of sale document has never been sent. I finally was able to speak to Mr. Greg ******* and he tells me he knows nothing about it. I then explained or described the form to him again. He tells me he doesn't know what I am talking about. Again, I tell him it is the "Bill of Sale Agreement" or called "Purchase Agreement". Again, he doesn't know of such forms. This was said to me AFTER he already told me 4 weeks ago, he was sending it. I am now totally frustrated and no longer have the patience to deal with this matter. I would have forgotten about it, but need the document for NJ state taxes.

Purchased a preowned 23 Rogue last night -signed all the papers and paid for it. . It was at the art 46 Mitsubishi lot. It was too late to bring it over yesterday so they were supposed to get it this morning. At 3 pm After I contacted them I was told the car was sold last night about 5pm. But last night it was supposedly verified that it was still there. They had another car that was a little more money, they would give me at the price of the original purchase but I didn’t want a blue one. I Went to pick up my down payment check and credit union check but was told my personal check was deposited this morning and they couldn’t give me another check until tomorrow. Then I was told they couldn’t refund me for 5-7 days till my check cleared. Plus, my credit union check is now no good. Then the car they wanted to give me I couldn’t get for 5 days. Too many stories on what happened with the original car I paid for. When I got loud about having to wait for my down payment- (yea I was mad and upset) the manager guy got loud and nasty with me. Really?? You guys ******* up. Not me. Then my daughter got loud because he was getting nasty with me and he YELLED at her and got in her face telling her it was none of her business. Rude disrespectful lying people that change ther stories. I changed my 5 star review to zero. I do not recommend them at all.

Edison nissan did not replace faulty key fobs that had a recall. Ever since the recall my car wouldn't start several times. I have taken an uber several times and that is expensive. The car is not old and nissan should give me two new keys. And hope it's before i get stuck because the car doesn't start. Nissan should realize this us a safety issue for me and my family. You know how dangerous this world is.

Absolutely the worse dealership. Leased a 2023 Pathfinder was told I would get a complementary oil change at any Nissan dealership. Booked an appointment at another dealership and had to pay. They failed to tell us a complementary oil change to OUR dealership ONLY! I contacted corporate they are useless and don’t care about the consumers at all. Glenn the manager and John The finance guy are nothing but liars and scammers. Look at all your paper work as they provide incorrect information in order to get you approve for a loan. STAY AWAY!!

I lost my brother back in June, returned his truck on July 20th that was leased through Edison Nissan. A call was placed to Nissan corporate to send a copy of all necessary documentation and we were told that everything would be good from an employee at this location. In the back of the truck were car parts we were unable to bring back with us since we were from out of state and already had a lot of stuff to bring back that belonged to my brother. We told the guys that they can do with it what they will because we needed to get home and had nobody to take it or store it elsewhere. These parts included a brand new exhaust and a 2 inch lift kit.
Someone here messed up big time because not only have there been multiple phone calls received about the truck, but today a repo man showed up to my mother's home over 1,000 miles away and they threatened to take HER vehicle because edison Nissan failed to do their job correctly. The truck has been in their possession since July 20th, 2023. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this **** show of a location to anyone.
