              11/05/23 Order# EPS78192 delivered on 11/06/23 The avocado, asparagus and tomatoes ordered on 11/05/23 and delivered on 11/06/23 to an inmate were spoiled items delivered. It took them only one day to deliver so why are they sending spoiled perishable items. I requested a credit for only these items only and all they provided me was a fifteen dollar gift card to use for any future purchases instead a credit on my credit card. I only want the credit added back to my credit card and never use their service again. I spent a total of $208.00 on items with them on this one purchase which included a large delivery charge.

              Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Placed and order and asked company ti cancelled within a few hours. I called and emailed and was told order was cancelled and I could expect a full refund. Then a few days later I received an email stating my order had shipped. But the tracking for such order was never updated and my boyfriend never received anything from this company. Now I get no response from the company. How convenient for them. Disgusting to take advantage of familys like that. They pay to get all their bad reviews taken down on other sites as well.
