    i purchased a amplifier from 123dj here in chicago in march of 2024 i registered all my item on the website and one of the amps stopped playing sound i contacted the websie submitted a form a reciced my email responses my first inintial contact was may 6 2024 i received a email on the 8th for copy of receipt confirmation i sent to issac c.  @ technical pro and may 14th shipped amp to company with a RMA# ********* assigned from the company the amp was signed for on the 16th on june 21st i contacted the company spoke with someone in the tech support the checked for my rma# then told me my amp was waiting for parts will receive a email confirming the completion and return of the amp i ask was everythingstill under waranty the man assured me everthing was fine and i would be contacted and he verified my cell number 6/24 i recieve a emial stating my amp wouldcost $170.00 to be repaired an i replied back on 6/25my amp is under warranty and i just spoke with someone and was told my amp was waiting for parts that are under warramty and the parts andlabor were in the warnty what happend and the amp is close to theprice i paid for it and i just got the amp just a few months ago it was their last now i amout of a amp and money ijust upgraded all my dj equipt recently and registered everything withyour company and now none of my gear is not covered by a limited waranty between the store and your company i amconfused by how or who is going to help solve this issue please return item this is unacceptable and confusing to me lot of time and money loss thankyou foryou service and time and also the list of parts it needs and a certified repair company quilified to repair it in chicago is matroy a company you use to repair it. ###-###-#### is my cell and why did it take so long to reply and why was i told a different version until nowno reply back since i tried emails on 625, 9/8, 9/10 and 9/23 and have called on these days and been trough every ext and left messages on a few ext
