We hired Pangione Developers for an add a level and rear addition on our cape home. The entire project (including foundation) was completed in less than 5 months. Our neighbors constantly commented on how fast the work was going and how great the house looks. **** was always available and answered all of our questions. His process is seamless and well planned out, even as material shortages continue from the pandemic. After working with architects and talking with numerous contractors, we couldnt be happier that we hired **** to build our dream home. We love how our home turned out and highly recommend Pangione Developers.

We could not be happier with our decision to have Pangione Developers renovate our home. **** and his crew completed our entire home renovation and addition in six months. The whole process was streamlined from start to finish. **** was onsite making sure that everything was done correctly and he was in constant communication with us, updating us along the way. **** answered all of our questions and worked with us through every step. He and his crew were complete professionals and took great care of our home while they were working on it. **** and his crew worked hard to build our dream home for our family and we cannot wait to enjoy it.Pangione Developers Inc Response

My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to have Pangione Developers renovate our home. ***** and his crew completed our entire home renovation/add a level, including a retaining wall and driveway in just four months. The quality is phenomenal, and the process was streamlined from start to finish. ***** was onsite every day, making sure that everything was done correctly, and he was in constant communication with us, updating us along the way. He and his crew were complete professionals, and I received many compliments from neighbors not only about the quality of their work, but about their level of respect and professionalism. ***** and his crew worked hard to help us create a dream home for our family, and we cannot wait to move in and start enjoying it!Pangione Developers Inc Response

My husband and I could not be happier with **** and the work that he and his team did on our home renovation. We did a complete remodel/add a level and **** was able to complete the project in only 4 1/2 months! We were amazed every step of the way with how quickly everything was accomplished and pleased to see it was with the high quality craftsmanship that we were promised. **** made this stressful process very easy to manage and clearly communicated everything that we needed to do every step of the way throughout the project.
