    NEVER EVER trust this dealership. I took my Charger there for an oil change. When I picked the car up they said it needed front and rear brakes at $1600 for the front and $1800 for the rear. Yes $3400 just brakes for those prices!I took the car to American tire and asked them to replace the brakes. They told me the front brakes needed to be replaced, but the rear brakes still had 3/4 of the pad left and did not need to be replaced. The dealership tried to scam me and was charging $1600 for the front brakes, That American tire charged $600 for the same parts and labor, a $1000 difference just for the front brakes, And they also told me the rear brakes would be about $800, another $1000 difference.This service department is scamming people with unnecessary repairs.

    Rt 18 ************************ are a bunch of crooks. They bait and switch in service and jeopardize their customers vehicles to make more money. I had a minor issue that they quoted as a total failure and ordered parts for me that arrived 3 weeks late. While the parts were on order they would not release my car till i paid them close to a $1000 dollars. I did pay them in advance and sought service elsewhere. The parts showed up after a month and it took me another 2 weeks to get a call back from there loser manager *****. Rt18 are professional crooks as they have all the right lines and procedures in place to not return a customers money. The manager was out of the country [ must be nice vacationing on robbed money] next week they were short staffed and he was not available, when he became available the guy was a jerk, confrontational and a super wimp who knew that he was scripting scheme. I WAS there life long customer for 5+ years and this is how they treated me. Never to to these guys for Service. [first oil change they forgot to tighten the filter, need i say more] It would be a sin to visit this location they are non friendly and condescending.
