~Bridal Accessories are not refundable or returnable unless defective from manufacturer
~Notice of your complaint must be emailed to business within 2 days of receipt of your product
~All returns must be authorized (customer responsible for shipping charges)
~All refunds will be processed when return merchandise is received
~Printed invitations are not refundable. It is advisable to request a proof, so there is no misunderstanding. This way, you know exactly what you are getting and if you don't like something, then they can change it prior to printing the entire order. ~There is a charge for all proofs..
~Your satisfaction is always of the utmost importance to business. If they made a mistake on your printed order, it will be reprinted and shipped at their expense, UPS Ground only. If the error or omission was the customer's mistake, they will reprint the order reflecting a 25% discount + the cost of shipping. All reprints must be prepaid.
~Any time they authorize a return, the replacement will not be sent out until the original order is returned to them at the customers expense. - Business Categories
