    I needed a plumber for a small job. Rich's plumbing came quickly gave me a free estimate and immediately began the work. *** and ****** (not sure about the names, sorry if I'm wrong) were thorough, and knowledgeable. They were able to complete the task regardless to the complications that occurred. It was a fair price as well. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

    We had an issue concerning the new AC unit installed. When they came to give an estimate, they never checked the fuse box to see what size breaker we had, which was 20 amps. They installed a unit requiring a 25amp breaker, which was not compatible. When they tested the system when installed, it was 65 outside so the thermostat was set to 62 for it to kick on and it worked fine. A week later when the temp hit 84, the unit kicked on but did not cool the area. I called them with the problem and they came out the next day. Thats when they said the breaker on the condenser was not compatible and the breaker had shut off. When they looked outside, they said the wiring from the electrical panel to the disconnect was a smaller gauge (12), and we needed a 10 (10) gauge. We also found out they only applied for a mechanical permit as they are not a licensed electrician. They should never had installed the unit knowing it would not be compatible. We had to get an electrician to come in to upgrade the new circuit and install the proper breaker. We would NOT recommend them!
