- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange. Please email:
[email protected] to obtain a return material authorization number (RMA#) prior to shipment. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original Solar Synergis invoice and a RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective or an error was made by Solar Synergis.
All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be received by Solar Synergis with the original packaging materials and carton in like-new, re-sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase and the product is returned in a new/unopened condition, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
