Last year I purchased a vin report from this company for $1.00. A one time payment of $1 for a vehicle history report in a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I entered in my card information and made the transaction of $1. I got what I wanted from that payment and went about my business. Now almost a year later my card is being charged for something I did not authorize. I don’t even have access to an account or any vehicle history reports from this company. I don’t even need a vehicle history report and yet still I’m being charged. $29.95 for what I assume to be a subscription fee to access multiple reports. I do not want that. I have received multiple charges from 4 different companies claiming to be vin lookup/vehicle history report companies. **** ********* *** or *** ****** ****** is just one of those 4 companies. I got a hold of my bank to dispute these transactions and to stop any other payments but that seems to be unsuccessful. I do not want any other charges to my card and I want a refund for all charges. I gave them access to my debit card information for a one time payment and they’ve completely violated my trust and are actively draining my bank account. I’ve emailed the companies multiple times requesting a refund. Nothing. No response. I’ve called the number to request a refund. Nothing. Their phone is picked up by the automated system that tells you to say the last 4 digits on your card and the zip code in which it’s associated with. When you enter in the info and request to receive a refund and cancellation, the call drops. This is for all the companies that have charged my card. Each number is the same. Each website is similar. They all operate under the same scheme. Listen, I just want my money back. Thank you.
